Neptune has the in-house capability to design, manufacture, supply and install a range of pipeline stabilisation and protection systems via its subsea stabilisation division (formerly Sea-Struct Pty Ltd).
With offices in Fremantle, Singapore, Indonesia and representation in the UAE and South Korea, Neptune’s subsea stabilisation division is widely recognised as a leading service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry.
The division’s unique product range has been developed over 15 years of research, product design and offshore application and includes:
- Pipeline Freespan Supports – GROUTBAGS
- Pipeline Stabilisation Mattresses – SEAMAT and ANCHORMAT
- Scour Control – SCOURMAT
- Cathodic Protection – SMARTMAT
Installation processes, including specifically designed equipment, have been developed to allow for either diver or ROV installation across the entire range.
