Services
FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN
From existing brown-field step-outs to new green-field developments, engineering can perform front end engineering design services, including; option screening, subsea hardware scoping and interface definition to achieve an optimum system tailored to specific development requirements. Additionally, the division can perform cost estimating, evaluation of new technology and risk analysis to complete front-end project activities.
Engineering services can optimize the design of the subsea architecture to achieve a balance of cost-effective solutions, flow assurance performance and operational flexibility to suit a range of budgets and philosophies. Sensitivity analysis can also be performed to identify the value of additional features.
Engineering services have worked with the major Subsea Production System suppliers during pre-FEED and FEED globally.
DETAILED DESIGN & ANALYSIS
Engineering services can provide full design services from conceptual to detailed using SOLIDWORKS or AutoCAD 3D design software. Specialist areas include: Subsea structures; Pipelines; Tie-in spools and Subsea Hardware.
Engineering services also undertakes detailed analysis of various structures utilising ANSYS Finite Element Analysis software.
Neptune also provide integrated services to take a project from detailed design through to in-house fabrication, FAT, SIT, installation and operations support.
PRE-COMMISIONING & PIGGING
Engineering services can provide a variety of consultancy services for the development of field pre-commissioning philosophies. Additionally these philosophies can be developed into operational pigging procedures.
INSTALLATION & OFFSHORE SUPPORT
With Neptune’s extensive range of offshore services growing, engineering delivers support and innovative technical solutions to a comprehensive range of installation and offshore support issues.
IRM
Engineering services can facilitate the development of inspection plans and support the execution phase which involves the inspection, data collection and reporting of findings and operational reports.
Engineering can provide engineering assessment of inspection findings to review data and establish asset integrity. Engineering services can also be provided for the development of maintenance and repair solutions.
Drawing on the services provided during the IRM process, information can be fed back into the planning and strategy development phase providing clients with access to a range of beneficial and critical information.
Engineering services can provide a number of maintenance and repair solutions based on the results of inspection findings to ensure that assets continue to fulfil their design requirements.
EPRS
Engineering services is a leading provider of services for the establishment of Emergency Pipeline Repair Systems (EPRS) that enable rapid response to damaged pipelines.
ABANDONMENT AND DECOMISSIONING
Engineering services has extensive knowledge of installed subsea systems globally and with access to a number of integrated offshore services we are ideally placed to provide input to or development of decommissioning philosophies, procedures and abandonment plans.
