Neptune has been granted approval by major international class societies including: Lloyds Register, American Bureau of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas and Bureau Veritas.

The NEPSYS technology has also been granted patents in Australia, United States and Europe (including the following countries: UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Denmark) and the division also has DNV accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 for its quality management system.
