Geomatics

Neptune’s Geomatic Services division provides a comprehensive range of hydrographic, geophysical, geotechnical and construction support survey services for all aspects of the offshore oil and gas industry. Formerly Tri-Surv Geomatics, the company joined Neptune in 2007, adding further depth to the Group’s integrated service capabilities.

In addition to its range of offshore marine survey and geotechnical services, the Geomatics division also provides a number of dedicated survey services for harbour and telecommunication authorities. Employing state of the art technology and equipment, the division provides accurate, efficient and rapidly delivered hydrographic surveying services and has extensive experience in the provision of geophysical site surveys, pipeline route surveys and jack-up semi-submersible positioning services to operators in the oil and gas industry.

Additionally, the dedicated construction division specialises in the provision of surface and integrated subsea acoustic positioning services for survey and construction projects, regardless of water depth. Utilising the latest in LBL and USBL acoustic positioning technology, Neptune’s Geomatics department has the expertise to provide the most appropriate positioning solution for all stages of the construction process, from pre-planning through to the final completion.
