MMA Offshore was contracted by the Australian Government, Department of Defence to undertake the Cape Barren to Babel Island Hydrographic Survey.

MMA Offshore is a primary contractor to oil and gas operators, providing autonomous underwater vehicle solutions to collect seafloor and sub-seafloor data to assist in the engineering design of subsea infrastructure.

MMA Offshore was contracted by the Australian Government, Department of Defence to undertake the Mavis Reef (East), Bonaparte Archipelago Hydrographic Survey. The objective of the Survey was to update Australian Hydrographic Office Charts AUS730, AUS732, AUS320 and AUS323 through the provision of safety of navigation hydrographic surveys.

To reduce pipeline stresses, 4 grouted supports (2 at each touchdown point, on either side of the shoulder) were installed.

In 2016, MMA completed an AUV project for Woodside on the North West Shelf of Western Australia.

In 2013, MMA performed various campaigns on-board the 82m DP2 Dive Support Vessel, the Crest Odyssey 2, on the North West Shelf of Western Australia.

As part of their Schiehallion Quad 204 drilling campaign, BP employed a Generation-6 semi-submersible rig for the drilling operations.

MMA conducted an 875km pipeline route survey, the longest of its kind in Australia, on the Ichthys Gas Field Development in 2008.
