At Neptune we are focused on building a profile of social responsibility where we can actively give back to our community. Social responsibility is deeply entrenched in the Neptune culture and the Neptune Community Support Program has been created to build and harness this key value.

The program aligns itself with Neptune’s core values – of conducting its business with integrity, honesty and fairness. The group recognises that in a competitive marketplace its people are fundamental to business success and seeks to build a positive workplace culture that supports not only its people, but also the communities in which we operate.

Neptune's Community Support Program supports local communities around the globe, with many of our employees volunteering in their local communities, either individually or as part of their team. Neptune management encourages and supports this involvement with flexible work hours, as well as corporate sponsorship.
