Subsea & Pipeline Engineering

Project Experience
  • Detailed engineering and design of the subsea production facilities on the Montara field development including flowlines, structures, tie-in spools and control systems.
  • Supporting the alliance at the Kupe field development with detailed engineering design of the 28km Kupe gas export pipeline system.
  • Pipeline repair involving clamp procurement and installation engineering for the Simpson project.
  • Front end study involving a subsea tie-back to the Cossack Pioneer for the development of the Egret project.
  • Detailed design of 500km, 26” pipeline, 28” tie-in spool, SSIV and riser clamps for the Bayu-Darwin pipeline

Engineering and Fabrication

Project Experience
  • Fabrication of 45T subsea heat exchanger including a 6” (sch 80) duplex coil approximately 15m long and the construction of a protection frame for the East Spar 6 project
  • Pipe spooling of subsea flowline spools and final assembly and post subsea metrology for the Twickenham and Victoria fields
  • Supply, fabrication and delivery of six duplex level bridles for Shell Brunei
  • Installation of 3” underground pipes (approx 1km long) and the fabrication hook-up of end facilities to gas wellheads at the Woodada Gas Field (WA).
  • Fabrication, NDT and hydro-testing of the Bayu-Darwin pipeline riser and subsea pipe spool for Phillips Petroleum
  • Fabrication of subsea pipe spools and launcher/receiver onboard the CSO Venturer for the Pagerungan repair project
  • Installation of burner heads and re-routing of pipework for Burner Booms for Schlumberger
Fabrication

The addition of Link Weld Engineering expanded our welding and fabrication abilities, enabling us to offer an extensive range of construction design, general engineering and welding services to our clients. The highly skilled fabrication and maintenance team at Link Weld is experienced in a wealth of major international welding codes and has access to the services of a fully certified welding inspector who ensures the highest welding standards are maintained.
