Perth, Western Australia: Leading Marine Services company Neptune Marine Services Limited (ASX: NMS) today announced a further strengthening of its Board of Directors with the appointment of Mr Robert Scott as a Non-Executive Director.

“Rob joins Neptune at an important stage in the Company’s development. The Management team is well on the way in executing its growth strategy, and as the Company grows, it is important that this growth is matched by a strong, committed and experienced Board.” Mr Scott’s appointment follows Mr Clive Langley’s decision to step down from his Board and Management responsibilities at Neptune in order to focus on the development of his training company, XLT Industrial Training. Mr Kennan said, “On behalf of the Board and the Management team at Neptune we are grateful for Clive’s significant contribution to Neptune over the years, and we are delighted that he has agreed to make himself available to the Company as required,” Mr Kennan said.
