Chairman
Mr Ross Kennan
Ross Kennan has had an accomplished international career, most notably as Vice President and SBU Co-chair for international diversified technology and manufacturing company, Honeywell Inc, where he spent 26 years in senior executive positions. Ross has over 17 years of international experience which enable him to provide strategic advice to further support Neptune Marine's continual global growth.
Ross currently sits on several boards and has recently retired from his position as a Chairperson of CEO mentoring group, The Executive Connection.

Mr Christian Lange
Christian Lange was formerly Vice President for the global oilfield services group, Schlumberger Limited. In a 16 year career with Schlumberger, Christian held a range of senior executive positions responsible for operations, capital markets, marketing, business strategy and general management.
In his most recent Vice President’s position in New York and Paris with Schlumberger, Christian was responsible for the group’s key capital markets, merger and acquisitions advice and investor relations. He has also held senior management positions in operations, marketing and business strategy for the Middle East, North Africa and South America.
As a former Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of SDS Corporation Limited, Christian successfully executed company restructure and turnaround strategies.

Mr Geoff Newman
Geoff Newman brings more than 29 years experience to the Neptune Board from a range of finance, marketing and general management roles within organisations either directly involved in the resources sector or that provide products and services to it.
Following a number of years as the Manager of Bunnings Pulpwood operations, Geoff joined Coogee Chemicals in 1995 as Commercial Manager. He was subsequently appointed to the Board as Finance Director in the following year.
Between 1996 and August 2005, Geoff held the positions of Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for both Coogee Chemicals and its oil and gas subsidiary, Coogee Resources. At the end of June 2006, Geoff announced his retirement from the Coogee group of companies.
Geoff is currently the Chairman of Ledge Finance Limited and Principal of Geryl Advisory Services, a firm providing corporate and financial advice to companies operating in the resources sector.

Mr David Agostini
David Agostini’s professional career includes positions as General Manager of Woodside’s North West Shelf interests, including the decision making forum for marketing LNG into Asia. He is a former Woodside General Manager of Operations, covering the 3 Train LNG plant, domestic gas plant, North Rankin and Goodwin offshore platforms, the Cossack Pioneer floating production system and offshore drilling rigs. David is a former General Manager Gas for Woodside and Deputy Strategy Manager for Shell in The Hague.
Currently Adjunct Professor at the School of Oil & Gas Engineering (University of WA), David is Chair of the School’s industry advisory board, Chair of the Industry Reference Group and holds a similar position with the advisory board of the Australian Resources Research Centre.

Mr Rob Scott
Robert Scott has had a distinguished career spanning 35 years as a chartered accountant, acting as an advisor on corporate services and taxation with major accounting firms. He was an International Partner of Arthur Anderson until 1995 and was also a Partner with KMG Hungerfords for almost 20 years. Robert founded a start-up company to develop remote monitoring technology and he d currently consults on corporate structuring and taxation planning.
Robert is a professional non-executive director for various public and private investment companies in the energy and financial sectors.
