Chairman
Mr Ross Kennan
Ross Kennan has had an accomplished international career, most notably as Vice President and SBU Co-chair for international diversified technology and manufacturing company, Honeywell Inc, where he spent 26 years in senior executive positions. Ross has over 17 years of international experience which enable him to provide strategic advice to further support Neptune Marine's continual global growth.
Ross currently sits on several boards and has recently retired from his position as a Chairperson of CEO mentoring group, The Executive Connection.
CEO
Mr Robin King
Robin King has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1982, focussed mainly in the offshore and subsea sectors. Prior to joining Neptune, Robin was CEO of Technip Subsea 7 Asia Pacific (TS7), responsible for operations throughout Oceania and South East Asia.
During his professional career Robin has worked for some of the industry’s leading contractors including Brown and Root, Allseas, Subsea 7, Technip and TS7 throughout the UK, the Netherlands, Norway, South Africa and Australasia.
As a result of this experience, Robin has developed practical skills in a range of management disciplines including operational, business development, commercial and general management.

Mr Boon Wee Kuah
Boon Wee Kuah is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore’s MTQ Corporation Limited (MTQ). Boon Wee joined the Board of MTQ in October 2006 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2010.
A UK qualified chartered accountant with a university degree in mechanical engineering, he previously served as CEO for South East Asia and Singapore Terminals as well as Group Chief Financial Officer of PSA International Pte Ltd.
Prior to that he was CFO for Singapore Technologies Engineering, a major listed company on the Singapore Stock Exchange. He has also previously held senior management positions in both Hong Kong and Australia

Mr Peter Wallace
Peter Wallace brings more than 40 years experience to the Neptune Board from a range of appointments held within the banking and financial services industry, as well as a number of public and private company directorships.
Prior to his retirement in 2007, Peter was the Head of Corporate (Western Australia) for Bell Potter Securities Ltd, Australia’s largest retail broking house. Over the past 25 years he has also held executive management positions with Westpac Banking Corporation, Challenge Bank Ltd and National Australia Bank Ltd.
Peter has considerable public company experience having held directorships previously with Tethyan Copper Ltd and Decmil Engineering Ltd. He is currently a director of HBF Health Funds Incorporated, Katana Investments Limited and BRW Consulting Services Pty Ltd.
He is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Mr Jeff Dowling
Jeff Dowling was formerly Managing Partner at Ernst & Young Perth’s office, where he also held a number of senior leadership roles, with a particular focus on the mining and oil and gas sectors.
Jeff has over 35 years of experience in the professional services industry and has significant experience in audit, risk management and finance, gained during his extensive career at Ernst & Young.
Jeff is currently a Non-Executive Director at Atlas Iron and is a Director for the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research and the West Australian Symphony Orchestra.

Mr John Cooper
John's lengthy career has been in the construction and engineering sector where he has held a range of Senior Executive Management and Board roles with companies associated with major capital works throughout Australia and internationally. John’s 21 years’ experience in construction and engineering with Concrete Constructions was followed by 5 years as Managing Director and Chief Executive of CMPS &F, an engineering and project management company in the infrastructure, mining and oil & gas sectors.
John acted as Deputy Chairman on the Clough Engineering Board, where he undertook a complete re-structuring of the organisation. John was also on the Board of Murray & Roberts International overseeing operations in the UAE, Canada, Australia and their offices in London.
John is currently Chairman of Southern Cross Electrical Contracting and a Non-Executive Director with NRW Holdings and Flinders Mines.
John is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Management and the Institute of Engineers.
